The U.S. Idea Futures Exchange Prizes
The following prizes were awarded to the traders with the most
successful track records at the close of trading on June 1, 2000
(trading closes at midnight GMT):
- First Prize: $100 Karl Hallowell
- Second Prize: $50 Erik Diehn
- Third Prize: $25 Chris Hibbert
The track record will be measured by the total account value.
The value of each contract will be determined by the price of the last trade
in that claim, unless the last trade price is outside of the current bid/ask
range, in which case the average of the bid and ask prices will be used.
The account values must be greater than 100 Quatloos (i.e. if there are
less than three traders with accounts worth more than what they started
with, not all prizes will be awarded).
