I've added text to the Order Confirmation page which does a better job
of explaining what the order will cost you, especially for short sales.
I've added a provision for specifying limits on the starting prices
of newly proposed claims. This will prevent the market maker from being
initialized to unreasonable values.
I've added a restriction that prevents traders who haven't activated their
accounts from logging in. (You shouldn't notice any effects from this).
