This proposed claim is well written except for the symbol, which ignores
the rules for symbols described at:
http://www.usifex.com/cgi-bin/ifpublic/faqw.py?req=show&file=faq03.006.htp
Anyone who doesn't like these rules should suggest different ones. I'm
not going to allow each claim proposer to use different rules for indicating
settlement dates.

I have been hoping to focus on claims whose prices would provide valuable
information to people who aren't trading the claims, and this claim doesn't
fit that goal very well. OTOH, I can't see much harm in approving a few
claims that aren't everything I hoped for. So if the proposer changes the
symbol or provides a compelling argument for allowing its current symbol,
and nobody has a good argument against the claim, I will probably approve
it next week.
