 It looks like stop orders are currently available to the public only via
the database dumps at http://www.usifex.com/if/usifex.public.sql.gz, and
this is updated once a day with info that is 24 hours old.
 You are probably correct that this would be exploited. I will change it
to exclude stop order info.
