Urk. I guessed that would be the case. Problem is that I'd like to extend
existing orders. It will be a continuing problem. I.e., I've created a
bunch of orders to expire in the next 6-12 months, but if nothing has
happened by the time I get to their expiration dates then I'll probably
want to extend those dates. Not a burning need, but it is inconvenient.
Another such item would be some sort of table for mulitple order entry.
Currently, FX allows you to enter 3 buy and 3 sell orders at once. With
modification of the web page (which I think one or two people have done)
this number can be increased.
This is one of my current beefs. FX (and apparently USIFEX) don't have
really good tools for manipulating hoards of book orders. Most people
simply don't have this problem. OTOH, USIFEX does have a cool tool for
panic deletion of book orders. Just click all those book orders that you
think you don't need (or are remotely suspicious of or happen to be
clicked :) ) and submit. Bingo! Much less mess to worry about. The varity
of order types (market, limit, stop) is a big improvement too.
What's the stats on the USIFEX server?
